To send a guest tab for payment without closing it, select it and press Send for payment, don't close.

After you have selected a device and confirmed the operation, the guest tab will be sent for payment but will not be closed.
The guest tab sent for payment will remain in the open guest tabs list and bills will be printed and added to the open bills list.
