Technical operations in Administrator mode

In Administrator mode, the following groups of operations are available:

Managing fiscal cash registers:
- Starting shift on a selected fiscal register;
- Running X-report on a selected fiscal register;
- Running Z-report on a selected fiscal register (shift closure);
- Opening the cash drawer;
- Adding money to cash drawer;
- Removing money from cash drawer;
Business day management operations:
- Opening a business day;
- Closing a business day.
Operations with guest tabs;
- Operations with open guest tabs:
  - Viewing and editing a guest tab;
  - Sending a guest tab for payment without closing;
  - Sending a guest tab for payment;
  - Splitting and joining guest tabs;
  - Making changes to guest tabs:
    - Changing number of customers on guest tab;
    - Changing the privilege on a guest tab;
    - Changing table on a guest tab;
    - Handing a guest tab over to another waiter;
  - Deleting an empty guest tab;
  - Closing an empty or settled guest tab;
  - Saving changes in a guest tab without submitting.
- Operations with closed guest tabs:
  - Viewing a closed guest tab;
  - Reopening a closed guest tab.
Operations with bills:
- Operations with open bills:
  - Payment;
  - Viewing an open bill;
  - Returning an open bill (voiding) to allow changes to be made to its guest tab;
  - Printing a bill.
- Operations with closed bills:
  - Viewing a closed bill;
  - Reopening a closed bill.
