Partially settling a guest tab
When a guest tab, the customer pays for orders without closing his guest tab.
This is used in conjunction with the , which defines the maximum allowable unpaid guest tab balance. When the limit is reached, the customer cannot make any new orders until he has paid his outstanding guest tab balance.
To settle a guest tab without closing, press and select .
Partially settling a guest tab
Bills will be printed out and the terminal will go to the payment screen.

Payment in mode is the same as in mode.
The guest tab will remain open and new orders can be added to it.
