Submitting an order

Once all items have been entered into the order, the next step is to submit the order. To do this, you need to enter the customer ID (e.g. club card or magnetic bracelet ID) using the ID reader.

Press Yes to submit the order. It will automatically be registered to the guest tab that was created for the customer in Club cashier mode. The terminal is immediately ready to take the next order. Pressing No closes the save guest tab prompt and the terminal stays on the order entry screen.

Note

If one or more additional printers are assigned to the terminal, you will need to select a printer for printing the order when submitting.

When the order is submitted, order tickets will be sent to remote printers for any menu items in the order that are configured for remote printing.
