Payment authorisation
is required for any payment that is or includes a non-cash payment.
If the amount entered is correct, the
will open.
Follow the on-screen prompts to enter the information required during the authorisation process.
Note
There are various types of non-cash payment authorisation, for example:
swiping a bank card through the terminal's card reader;
manually entering bank card details;
entering the surname and room number of a hotel guest;
and so on.
For any type of payment authorisation, follow the instructions on the screen at each stage of the process.
If authorisation fails, the terminal will stay on the payment screen.
