Handling payments in Cashier mode

In Cashier mode, the following operations are available:

Selecting a bill;
Specifying payment methods;
Taking payment (cash or non-cash with payment authorisation);
Viewing payment results;
Viewing bill details;
Cancelling a bill and returning it for changes to made to its guest tab;
Printing a bill.

All operations with bills in Cashier mode are carried out in the list of open bills screen. Payment operations are carried out on the payment screen.
