Printing a stock movement record
Any stock movement record can be printed. A newly created stock movement record must be saved before it can be printed.
Note
The main terminal printer will be used by default, but any printer connected to the terminal may be used.
To enable stock movement record to be printed, one or more print formats must be entered into the
directory.
In the stock movement records list, select the record and press
in the context menu.
The stock movement record can be printed from the stock movement record editor window by pressing
and selecting in the context menu.Note
The
command will be available in the menu, if the stock movement record has been saved. If the stock movement record has not been saved, the will appear.
To print the saved stock movement record, press
and select in the context menu.
A newly created stock movement record that has not yet been saved can be printed by pressing
and selecting from the context menu.
The print stock movement record prompt will appear.
Pressing
will close the prompt without printing the stock movement record.Pressing
will open the printer selection window.
After you have selected the printer, the
will open with the selected printer's name displayed in its header.
Pressing
will open the format selection window.
After you have selected the format, the print stock movement record prompt will open with the selected format's name displayed in its header.
Pressing
will print the stock movement record on the selected printer and in the selected format. This will open the device status window. If the device is not ready, the status window will display a message indicating that the system is waiting for the device to be ready.
If the printer is ready, the status window will display a message indicating that printing is in progress.
Pressing the
button in the status window will cancel the print job.
