You can now specify a seat number where the order item is to be served.
Once an order item is reported ready, it is highlighted in bold type in the order list.
Adding a menu item to an order
Select an item or its shortcut from the menu;

Different ways of entering an item into an order:
by pressing an assigned shortcut key on a keyboard attached to the terminal;
by scanning its barcode;
by entering its selection code (if it has one assigned).
The selected item will either be added to the order immediately, or the editor window will open for entering additional item parameters.
Use the on-screen numeric keypad to edit amounts as required.
Press
or to add the item to the order. Prices, quantities and subtotals are displayed in the order and the order total is displayed below.
Pressing
will close the editor window without adding any payment amount.Note
If the Volume of a menu item is defined as editable, and the terminal has scales attached, the volume can be entered by placing the item on the scales.
If a menu item has a modifier when you add the menu item to an order. Any mandatory modifier items must be selected. Optional modifier items can be added if required.

.Specifying a seat number for the order item
The optional Seat number parameter is used to specify a seat number for the guest who ordered the item. The seat number is specified in the editor window.
Highlighting the ready order items in bold type
Use this parameter to automatically highlight the order items that have been reported ready.
