Receipt payment specification element window

The following windows are used to view receipt payment specification elements:

The editor window is used to edit one or more receipt payment specification elements. Only elements of receipts with the Not ready status can be edited.
The editor window is opened by the command from the context menu when one or more elements are selected.
If one receipt payment specification element is selected, the window will open.
Receipt payment specification element editor window
Form fields:

Receipt — number of the receipt to which the payment specification element belongs. Required field.

Payment method — name of the payment method. Required field.

Authorisation operation — name of the authorisation operation that authorised the payment.

Payment total — total amount paid by the payment method. Required field.

Remaining — outstanding unpaid amount. Read-only.
The amount in this field is equal to the total value of receipt sales specification elements minus the value specified in the previous field.
Selecting will save changes to the receipt payment specification element and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.
When multiple receipt payment specification items are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens.
The title in the window header is . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected payment specification elements, with the receipt number they relate to in brackets to the right of each element.
Receipt payment specification elements multiple editor window
When multiple payment specification elements of receipts with the Not ready status are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected elements.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is opened by the command from the payment specification panel context menu.
New receipt payment specification element entry window
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
If multiple elements are inserted from the clipboard, the multiple entry window will open.
New receipt payment specification elements multiple entry window
The multiple receipt payment specification elements entry window contains a panel with a list of the receipt payment specification elements from the clipboard.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The receipt payment specification element viewer window is used to view one or more elements included in the payment specification of one or more receipts.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The window is opened by the command when one or more payment specification elements of a receipt with the status Ready, Paid or Deleting are selected. The window is read-only, all fields are disabled.
If one element is selected, the window will open.

This window has only a button.

The multiple receipt payment specification elements viewer window opens when more than one element is selected for viewing in the payment specification of one or more receipts, at least one which has the Ready, Paid or Deleting status.
The title in the window header is Receipt payment specification elements. It has a panel displaying a list of selected elements, with the receipt number they relate to in brackets to the right.
