Client point balances

Client point balances are a number of points accumulated by the client. Based on the number of points accumulated by a client, discounts are provided to clients.

Client point balances are formed as a result of adding and deducting points. These operations can be carried out either automatically on a terminal or manually using the Client points operations list.

Note

To add points automatically on a point of sale according to the rules of your campaign, you should configure these rules using a task for which you configure a schedule.
