Clients

Clients can be private individuals or organisations, for example visitors, partner and third-party organisations or their representatives.

Special conditions (discounts, bonuses, personal notifications and congratulations, personal accounts) can be applied to your own clients or clients from participating third-party systems.

The system can identify individual and group clients and store information about all contact between them and your organisation. Clients can be identified using personal or other information (surname, name, room number), IDs such as mag cards, smart cards, electronic keys, cards with barcodes, and also a call from a mobile phone whose number is registered in the system.

Tillypad XL Manager can store various information about clients. For a client organisation, this could be its name, area of business and contact person. For individual clients, this could be their full name, age, address and telephone number, eating habits and so on.

Clients can benefit from special discounts and bonuses. They can have client accounts with payment cards. Points can be awarded to client accounts, which can then be used to redeem bonuses.

Clients can be awarded privileges. A client's privilege can be applied cumulatively with other privileges assigned to a guest tab, division or table. Privileges determine sales rules by which the client is given discounts, awarded points, by which spending limits are determined, etc.

Note

Calculation of discounts and surcharges according to guest tab privileges is carried out automatically in Tillypad XL POS, whereas in Tillypad XL Manager this must be initiated using the Recalculate discount function.

The system records every visit by a client who provides his ID. Information is available on all orders made by the client, money spent, account operations, account balances and the number of points accrued and redeemed.

Information about all clients (including accounts, points and IDs) is stored in the Clients directory.
