Recipe item windows
Windows used with recipe items:
The window is opened by the or recipe items are selected.

If one recipe item is selected, the
editor window will open.
Form fields:

Recipe for — name of the stock item whose recipe the recipe item is contained in.

Stock item — name of the stock item included in the recipe. Required field.

Gross — gross volume of the stock item. Required field.

Unit (stock item) — unit of measurement for the stock item volume. Field name is not displayed. Required field.
The value is selected in the window. The value of this field defaults to that specified in the directory.

Cold preparation wastage % — percentage of stock item lost during cold preparation.

Nett — volume of stock item after cold processing. Required field.

Cooking wastage % — percentage of stock item lost during cooking. Required field.

Result — final net volume of recipe item after cold preparation and cooking. Required field.

Order of weights — order in which to output weight (volume) of the recipe item in list of ingredient weights (volumes).

Index — order in which the recipe item is added during preparation.

Recipe mode — determines how the recipe item is included in the recipe.
Selection is made from By stock item concurrence, Manual and Always with recipe. Default value is By stock item concurrence.
Recipe mode is used when adding the stock item to store documents and during recalculation.

Comment — brief comment.
Selecting
adds the item to the recipe and closes the window. Selecting closes the window without saving the recipe item.Multiple editor window
When two or more recipe items are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected recipe items. The title in the window header is
.
The fields are the same as in the window.
When multiple recipe items are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected recipe items.
The entry window is used to enter or new recipe items.
Entry window
The
window is used to enter a single recipe item.The entry window is opened by the Recipe panel, or when adding a single recipe item from the clipboard.

Multiple entry window
The
window is used to enter multiple recipe items simultaneously.The multiple entry window opens only when adding multiple recipe items from the clipboard. The window contains a panel with a list of the copied recipe items.
Recipe panel in the Stock item window
The Recipe panel is displayed when With recipe is selected in the Class field.
The Recipe panel contains a list of the ingredients that are included in the stock item recipe. The ingredients are also stock items from the directory.
Panel fields:

Volume — volume of the stock item produced by the recipe.

Unit (stock item) — name of the stock item unit of measurement. The value is selected in the window. The value of this field defaults to that specified in the Unit (stock item) field in the Properties panel.

Recipe date — date of creation or last update.

Dish weights — optional field to display weights of the 'component' parts of a complete dish (meat, garnish, sauce, etc.) separated by a forward slash, e.g. 300/100/10. Useful for health food settings and special dietary requirements.

New ingredient stock items are added using the and windows. The and windows are used for editing.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting recipe ingredient stock items.
