Recipes containing stock items operational report

The Recipes containing stock items operational report is used to view and edit recipes containing selected stock items.

Location: Store -> Operational reports -> Recipes containing stock items.

The operational report data are selected using the report filter. The operational report is generated for selected stock items.

The viewer window is opened by the filter steps Select stock item groups and Select stock items.

The viewer window contains a panel displaying the filter parameters used to generate the operational report.

Data grid columns:

Recipe — stock item with recipe.
Description — description of the stock item with recipe.
Type — type of the stock item with recipe.
Category — category of the stock item with recipe.
Stock item — stock item included in the recipe as an ingredient.
Volume — volume of the stock item included in the recipe as an ingredient.
Unit (stock item) — unit of measurement for stock item included in the recipe as an ingredient.
VAT % — VAT rate for stock item with recipe.
Deduct from store — whether the ingredients are deducted from store when the recipe stock item is prepared.
Recipe group — stock item group to which the stock item with recipe belongs.
Class � name of the class the stock item belongs to.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add a new stock item to the Stock items directory.
Edit (F2) — edit selected stock items.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Delete (Del) — delete selected stock items.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Included in recipe... — open the Recipes containing stock items operational report to display recipes containing the selected stock items.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Clipboard— contains commands for clipboard operations.

Note

The Clipboard menu contains only the Copy command.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The New stock item, New stock items, Stock item and Stock items windows are used for working with stock items in the report.
