Document number formats directory

The Document number formats directory is used to manage document number formats.

Location: System -> Document number formats.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add new document number format.
Add copy (Alt+C) — add copies of selected document number formats.
Edit (F2) — edit selected document number formats.
Delete (Del) — delete selected document number formats to the Recycle bin.
Export — menu containing commands for exporting data to an external file or to an update package.
Clipboard— contains commands for clipboard operations.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Summary functions — contains commands for displaying statistical summaries of column data.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The New document number format, Document number format and Document number formats windows are used for adding, viewing and editing document number formats.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting document number formats.

The Select document number format window is used to select concurrences from form fields in other windows.
