Document numbers directory

The Document numbers directory is used for viewing, storing and editing document types and document number formats. Contents cannot be manually entered or deleted.

Location: System -> Document numbers.

Document numbers directory

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the document type.
Format — name of the document number format.

Context menu commands:

Delete (F2) — edit selected document numbers.
Export — menu containing commands for exporting data to an external file or to an update package.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Summary functions — contains commands for displaying statistical summaries of column data.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The Document number and Document numbers windows are used for editing document numbers.
