Fiscal registration specification element windows
Windows used with fiscal registration specification elements:

The editor window is opened by the Specification panel context menu when one or more specification elements are selected.

Form fields:

Fiscal registration — name of the fiscal registration. Required field.
The name of the fiscal registration is displayed in the receipt.

Menu item — menu item included in the fiscal registration. Required field.

Volume — amount of the menu item in units of measurement. Required field.
By default the field is populated with the value specified for the menu item in the directory. The value in the field can be changed if a sales parameter that allows the volume to be changed is selected for the menu item.

Unit (menu) – menu item unit of measurement. Required field.
The value is selected in the window. The value of this field defaults to that specified in the directory.

Quantity — number of portions of the menu item included in the fiscal registration specification. Required field.
The default value is 1.

Price — price of the specified volume of the menu item. Required field.
By default this field contains the value defined for the menu item (or menu item shortcut) in the directory.

Discount — total discount on the selected number of portions of the menu item in the order. Required field.

Markup – total surcharge on the selected number of portions of the menu item in the order. Required field.

Total — final sales total charged to customer.
Total is entered automatically when Price and Quantity are entered. If Markup and/or Discount are specified, these are taken into account when calculating total.

Sales index — identifier for the sales department where the sale is accounted.
Selecting
will save changes to the fiscal registration specification and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.The multiple specification elements editor window opens when more than one specification element is selected for editing.
The title in the window header is
. It has a panel displaying a list of selected specification elements with the fiscal registration that they relate to in brackets to the right of each specification element.
When multiple fiscal registration specification elements are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected fiscal registration specification elements.
