Guest tab points operation windows
Windows used with guest tab points operations:
Entry window
The New guest tab points operation window is used to add a new points operation to the guest tab.
The window is opened by the Add command from the context menu in the Points operations panel.
Properties panel fields:
Guest tab — guest tab for which the points operation is being carried out. Required field.
Point type — type of points. Required field.
Name — name (descriptor) for the points operation. Required field.
Quantity — number of points being added or subtracted. To subtract points, enter a negative value using the minus sign (-). Required field.
Date — date and time of the operation. Required field.
Deposit type — method of adding (or subtracting) points. Required field.
Selection is made from:
Client's points — deducted from or added to client points balance via points operation authorisation.
Additional — reserved
New — uses discount calculation functions.
Description — brief description.
Selecting
will add the points operation to the guest tab and close the entry window. Selecting will close the entry window without saving any changes.Editor window
The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when one or more guest tab points operations are selected in a guest tab with the Open or Open for changes status.
If one guest tab points operation is selected, the Guest tab points operation editor window will open:

The fields are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more guest tab points operations are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected guest tab points operations with the guest tab number in brackets to the right. The title in the window header is Guest tab points operations.

When multiple guest tab points operations are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected guest tab points operations.
Viewer window
If a guest tab has the status Closed, no changes can be made to its guest tab points operations. The Edit command in the context menu is replaced by the View command, which opens the guest tab points operations viewer window. The fields are the same as in the window, but they are read-only.

If multiple guest tab points operations for a guest tab with the status Closed are selected for viewing, the multiple viewer window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected guest tab points operations. The title in the window header is Guest tab points operations . All fields are read-only.
