ID groups directory

The ID groups directory is used to manage ID groups.

Location: System -> ID groups.

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the ID group.
Description — brief description.
Security category — security category assigned to the ID group.
Parent group — name of the group to which the ID group belongs.
Subscription status — status of the subscription for receipt of information about changes to ID groups during replication.
Subscription � type of subscription.
Suspended — whether the ID group is temporarily disabled.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add a new ID group. (example)
Edit (F2) — edit selected ID groups. (example)
Delete (Del) — delete selected ID groups to the Recycle bin. (example)
Export — menu containing commands for exporting data to an external file or to an update package.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Summary functions — contains commands for displaying statistical summaries of column data.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The New ID group, ID group and ID groups windows are used for adding, viewing and editing ID groups.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting ID groups. When an ID group is deleted, all IDs and subgroups contained in it are also deleted.

The Select ID group window is used to select ID groups from the ID and ID group windows.
