ID windows
Entry window
The
window is used to add a new ID.The window is opened by the
command from the context menu.Window fields:

ID group — the name of the group to which the ID is added. By default displays the name of the ID group that was highlighted when the window was opened. Selection is made in the window.

Name — name of the ID.

Description — brief description.

Type — type of the ID. Selection is made in the window.

Code — code of the ID.

Mask — defines whether the ID code is a mask. Selection is made from Yes and No.

Start date — date and time from which the ID is valid.

End date — ID expiration date and time.

Privilege — privilege applied to the ID holder. Selection is made in the .

Suspended — flag for temporarily pausing the ID. Selection is made from No and Yes. Selecting Yes makes the ID temporarily unavailable.
Selecting
will add the data to the directory and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.The editor window allows one or more IDs to be edited.
The window is opened by the Edit command from the context menu in the data grid when one or more IDs are selected.
Editor window
If one ID is selected, the ID editor window will open:
The fields are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more IDs are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected IDs. The title in the window header is IDs.
Note
You cannot assign the same code to multiple IDs of one type.
An error message will be returned on attempting to enter a repeated code in the Code field and clicking :

window is used to quickly enter multiple IDs of the same type to the directory.The window is opened by the
command from the directory context menu.
