Draft menu groups directory
Draft menu groups can contain any number of nested subgroups.
Draft menu group shortcuts allow the same draft menu group to be accessed from different places (within groups or subgroups) in the terminal menu.
Data grid columns:

Name — name of draft menu group or draft menu group shortcut.

Parent group — name of the group containing the draft menu group or draft menu group shortcut.

Picture — pictures used on the terminal to illustrate draft menu groups and draft menu group shortcuts.

Button format — format of the button used to select the draft menu group or draft menu group shortcut in the terminal menu.

Description — description of draft menu group or draft menu group shortcut.

Selection code — codes used to select draft menu group or draft menu group shortcut in the terminal menu.

Index — order in which draft menu groups and draft menu group shortcuts are displayed on the terminal.

For sale — determines whether items in the draft menu group are to be sold independently.

Exclude from sale — enables draft menu items in a draft menu group to be temporarily removed from sale.

Security category — security category for access to draft menu group.

Subscription status — status of the subscription for receipt of information about changes to the draft menu groups during replication.

In the following screenshots, only the
column is displayed.The exact contents of the context menu depend on what draft menu elements are selected — group, group shortcut or a combination of both — and on the statuses of the selected elements.
Commands available when one or more draft menu groups are selected:

— edit draft menu groups or draft menu group shortcuts.

— undo changes made to draft menu groups.
This command is available only for draft menu groups that have been modified in relation to their original state.

— cancel deletion of draft menu groups.
This command is only applicable to groups that have been marked as deleted.

When a draft menu group shortcut is selected, an extra command is available:

— open editor window for the draft menu group that the shortcut refers to.
If the draft menu belongs to an activated draft (with the status Applied), the command is replaced by the command. The commands , , , , and are not included in the context menu.
The , and windows are used for adding, viewing and editing draft menu groups.
The , and windows are used for adding, viewing and editing draft menu group shortcuts.
The confirm delete window is used when marking draft menu groups and draft menu group shortcuts as deleted. When a draft menu group is marked as deleted, all draft menu groups and draft menu group shortcuts contained in it are also marked as deleted.
The window is used to select draft menu groups from form fields in other windows.
