Menu group windows

Windows used with menu groups:

These windows are opened from the Menu and Menu groups directories.

The editor windows are used to edit parameters of one or more existing menu groups.

Editor window

The Menu group window is used to edit a single menu group.

The window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu of the Menu and Menu groups windows when one menu group is selected, or by the Edit group command when one menu group shortcut is selected.

The window contains the Properties and Picture panels.

Properties panel fields:

Selecting OK will save the data in the directory and close the window.

Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving any changes.

Selecting Apply will save the data in the directory without closing the window.

Multiple editor window

The multiple menu groups editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu of the Menu and Menu groups windows when more than one menu group is selected, or by the Edit group command when more than one menu group shortcut is selected.

The name of the window is Menu groups. This window includes a panel with a list of the selected menu groups.

The panels and fields are the same as in the Menu group editor window.

When multiple menu groups are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected menu groups.

Entry window

The New menu group window is used to add a new group to the Menu and Menu groups directories.

The window is opened by the Add group command from the context menu of the Menu and Menu groups directories.

The panels and fields are the same as in the Menu group editor window.

The Picture panel is used to select an image that will be displayed in the menu on the terminal.

Selection is made from the Select menu picture window.
