Draft menu directory
The Draft menu directory is used to manage draft menus to replace the existing menu.
Location: Menu -> Drafts -> Draft menu.
If the window is opened from the main menu, the filter step Select draft is used.
The window can also be opened using the Draft menu command in the context menu of the Drafts directory viewer window.
Draft menu items in the directory are contained in groups. Shortcuts can be made for both draft menu groups and draft menu items.
If draft menu groups and draft menu group shortcuts are identical to the corresponding menu groups and menu group shortcuts, the and icons are used to illustrate them respectively.
If draft menu groups and draft menu group shortcuts are not identical to the corresponding menu groups and menu group shortcuts, they are assigned the following statuses:

Added — the group or group shortcut is contained only in the Draft menu groups (Draft menu) directory.

Edited — the group or the shortcut is contained both in the Draft menu groups (Draft menu) and in the Draft menu groups (Menu) directories. These groups or shortcuts are different.

Deleted — the group or the shortcut has been deleted from the Draft menu groups (Draft menu) directory.
Groups and group shortcuts deleted from the directory are highlighted in red.
If draft menu items and draft menu item shortcuts that are not associated with tables are identical to the corresponding menu items and menu item shortcuts in the current menu, the and icons are used to illustrate them respectively.
If draft menu items and draft menu item shortcuts that are not associated with tables are not identical to the corresponding menu items and menu item shortcuts in the current menu, they are assigned the following statuses:

Added — the draft menu item or draft menu item shortcut is contained only in the Draft menu directory.

Edited — the draft menu item or draft menu item shortcut is contained both in the Draft menu and in the Menu directories. These draft menu items and draft menu item shortcuts are different in these two directories.

Deleted — draft menu item or draft menu item shortcut has been deleted from the Draft menu directory.

The icons used to illustrate draft menu items and draft menu item shortcuts are the same as those used for equivalent elements in the Menu directory. Additional icons are used to illustrate draft menu items and draft menu item shortcuts that have been added, edited or deleted.
The draft menu data grid is the same as that in the Menu with the addition of a Status column which contains status icons for each draft menu item.
Data grid columns:

Name — name of the draft menu group, draft menu group shortcut, draft menu item, draft menu item shortcut, or, for a timed service shortcut, the name of the table with which it is associated.

Short name — optional shorthand name for display on terminal menus.

Art. number — optional article number for the draft menu item.

Description — arbitrary description of the draft menu item.
-
Price — price for the specified volume of the draft menu item.
-
Volume — amount of the draft menu item in units of measurement.

Volume (stock item) — volume of the stock item that is deducted from store when the draft menu item is sold.
-
Volume (menu) — volume of the menu item that corresponds to the volume of the stock item which is deducted from store.

Unit (menu) — name of the unit of measurement.
-
Type — name of the draft menu item type that the draft menu item belongs to.
-
Concurrence — name of the concurrence with which the draft menu item is associated.
-
Button format — format of the button used to select the draft menu item in the terminal menu.

Modifier — modifier for the menu item.
-
Sales parameter — sales parameter defining how the draft menu item is sold at terminals.

Selection code — code for quick selection in the terminal menu.
-
Index — incremental value which determines the position of the item in the terminal menu.

Table — specified for draft menu item shortcuts.

Exclude from sale — temporary removal of the menu item from sale.

Class — determines how the draft menu item is sold (fixed price or metered rate).

Picture — picture used to illustrate the draft menu item in the terminal menu.

Photograph file name — file name of the photograph of the draft menu item.

Stock item — name of the stock item with which the draft menu item is associated.

Unit (stock item) — unit of measurement for the stock item that is deducted from store when the draft menu item is sold.

Class — name of the class that the stock item associated with the menu item belongs to.

Menu item — specified for menu item shortcuts.

Status — status of draft menu item or draft menu item shortcut:

Added — illustrated with the icons (for draft menu items), (for draft menu item shortcuts associated with simple services, dishes or goods) and (for draft menu item shortcuts associated with timed services).

Edited — illistrated with the icons (for draft menu items), (for draft menu item shortcuts associated with simple services, dishes or goods) and (for draft menu item shortcuts associated with timed services).

Deleted — illustrated with the icons: (for draft menu items), (for draft menu item shortcuts associated with simple services, dishes or goods) and (for draft menu item shortcuts associated with timed services).

Ad hoc recipe — whether to query menu item parameters when calculating associated stock items.
The exact contents of the context menu depend on what draft menu elements are selected - menu item(s), shortcut(s) or a combination of both.
Note
Context menu commands:
Commands are displayed and enabled if they can be carried out on all selected items.
Commands are displayed but disabled if they can be carried out only on some of the selected items.
Commands are not displayed if they cannot be carried out on any of the selected items.
Context menu commands:

This command is available only for drafts that have not been activated, and only if there is at least one group in the directory.

— add a draft menu item shortcut.
This command is available only for drafts that have not been activated, and only if there is at least one item in the directory.

— add a new draft menu group.
This command is available only for drafts that have not been activated.

— add a draft menu group shortcut (available only if there is at least one draft menu group in the directory).

— edit or view selected draft menu items and draft menu item shorcuts.
The Edit and View commands are available only for drafts that have not been activated.
When multiple directory entries are selected, this command is only available if they are of the same type.

— delete draft menu items and draft menu item shortcuts.
This command is only available for draft menu in drafts that have not been activated, and only for draft menu items and shortcuts that have not already been deleted (that do not already have the status Deleted).

— open editor window for the draft menu item that a shortcut or shortcuts refer to.
This command is available only for drafts that have not been activated, and only if one or more draft menu item shortcuts are selected.

— undo all changes made to selected draft menu items or shortcuts and restore them to their original state.
This command is available for draft menu in drafts that have not been activated and only for draft menu items and shortcuts that have been modified (with the status Added, Edited or Deleted).
The command rolls back all changes made since the draft menu item or shortcut was created. If the draft menu item did not exist, it will be deleted permanently.

— undo deletion of the draft menu item or its shortcut.
This command is only available for draft menu in drafts that have not been activated, and only for draft menu items and shortcuts that have already been deleted (that already have the status Deleted).
The Deleted status is removed and the draft menu item or shortcut returns to the status it had before being marked as deleted.
Note
If a parent element was deleted, the confirm undo delete confirmation window with the filter will open. The filter allows to select whether to undo deletion of the whole element or only certain children elements, in which case a new parent element must be assigned to the restored children elements.

If the draft menu belongs to an activated draft (with the status Applied), the command is replaced by the command. The commands , , , , and are not included in the context menu.
Draft menu item shortcuts are added using the New draft menu item window. The Draft menu item and Draft menu items windows are used for editing.
Draft menu item shortcuts are added using the New draft menu item shortcut window. The Draft menu item shortcut and Draft menu item shortcuts windows are used for editing.
If the draft in the Draft menu directory is activated, the Draft modifier and Draft modifiers. windows are used to view draft menu items. The Draft and Drafts windows are used to view draft menu items of the subordinate draft.
The , and windows are used for adding, viewing and editing draft menu groups.
The , and windows are used for adding, viewing and editing draft menu group shortcuts.
A confirmation prompt is used when when marking draft menu item groups, draft menu item group shortcuts and draft menu item shortcuts as deleted.
When the draft menu group is marked as deleted, all groups, group shortcuts, items and item shortcuts are also marked as deleted.
The window is used to select draft menu items in form fields in other directories. For groups, the window is used.
