Menu item purchase price by menu item operational report

The Menu item purchase price by menu item operational report is used to view information about the purchase price of selected menu items in all store groups.

The menu item purchase price is calculated on the basis of purchase prices of the corresponding stock items.

Menu item shortcut purchase prices are calculated using:

In the first case, we specify the stock item that will be included into the sales record after selling the menu item selected using the shortcut (select Stock item in the Class field).

The second case applies when no stock item is specified for the menu item shortcut (None is selected in the Class field).

Information from the Purchase price operational report is used and operations performed on all stores are taken into account when generating the report.

The operational report displays the menu item purchase price for one unit of volume and the menu item purchase price for one portion.

Location: Menu -> Operational reports -> Purchase price -> Menu item purchase price by menu item.

The operational report can also be opened using the Purchase price command in the context menu of the Menu directory.
