Select sales parameter window
The window is used to select a sales parameter from the directory.

Only one sales parameter can be selected in the window. Selection is confirmed by the button.
Selecting will close the window without selecting a sales parameter.
The sales parameter selection window provides all the same functions for working with menu groups and items as does the main directory window.
