Module print format windows
Windows used for managing directory contents:
All of these windows are opened from the directory.
The editor window is opened by the one or more print formats are selected.

If one software module print format is selected, the
editor window will open.The window contains Properties, Input parameters, Print layouts and Software module print format information panels.
Properties panel fields:

Name — name of the software module print format. Required field.

Description — brief description.

Format type — type of the software module print format. Required field.
Selection is made in the
window. -
Software module — software module.
In the editor window, this field is read-only. The software module can only be selected in the entry window.

Based on — software module print format on which the software module print format is based.

Additional query — whether an additional SQL query is required.
Selection is made from Yes or No.
If Yes is selected, the Preset parameters, Query and Preset parameter configuration panels are added to the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more software module print formats are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected software module print formats. The title in the window header is
.This window contains only the Properties and Software module print format information panels.
When multiple software module print formats are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected software module print formats.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The entry window is used to add one or more new software module print formats.
Entry window
The
entry window is opened by the command, and also by the command when one software module print format is selected. It also opens when a single software module print format is added from the clipboard.

Multiple entry window
The
multiple entry window is opened by the command when more than one print format is selected, and when inserting multiple print formats simultaneously from the clipboard. The window contains a list of the selected print formats.This window contains only the Properties and Software module print format information panels.

Input parameters panel in the Module print format window
The Input parameters displays an emulation of the data passed by the software module when it uses the print format.
When the editor window is opened, the panel contains only the
button. On clicking the update button, the filter prescribed in the software module print format type is used to generate the emulated input data.
Print layouts panel in the Module print format window
The Print layouts panel is used to manage the print layouts (templates) used by the software module print format.
Data grid columns:

Language — language of the print layout.

Based on — print layout from which the print layout inherits its properties.
Context menu commands:

— view and edit selected print layout.
This command is only available when one print layout is selected.

The is used to add a new print layout. The window is used for editing.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting print layouts.
Module print format information panel in the Module print format window
The Software module print format information contains a multi-line text field intended for storing arbitrary information about the print format.
Preset parameters panel in the Module print format window
The Preset parameters panel contains values specified for the filter step by default. This filter is used to generate the print layout.
The list of filter steps with preset parameters is contained in the Preset parameter configuration panel.
Filter panels display the message Not initialised. The filter is initiated on execution of the command in the Query panel or on pressing the Update button in the Print panel of the window.
Query panel in the Module print format window
The Data sets field in the panel is used to enter the names of data sets generated on execution of the SQL query. This is a required field.
Data set names are separated by semicolons. For each data set a separate panel is added to the window.
The panel contains the multiline field for editing the query. The context menu contains the window.

The Preset parameter configuration panel is used to view, add and edit filter steps for which default values will be configured.
Data grid columns:

Name – name of the filter step.

Form class – name of the form (table) to which the filter corresponds in the database. For each filter step, a separate form is displayed, where the can select the required values for that filter step.

Input parameters – names of input parameters for the filter.

Output parameters – names of output parameters received after performing the filter step.

Caption — caption text displayed in the filter window.

Caption header — header displayed above the caption text in the filter window.

Header — filter parameter panel header.

Required — whether the filter step is required.

Index — order in which the filter steps are carried out.

Multi-select — whether multiple selection is allowed in the filter step.

Required selection — whether at least one option must be selected.

Empty values — whether empty values can be selected.
