Stock movement record windows
The , , and windows are used for working with stock movement records.
Entry window
The entry window is used to enter a new stock movement record.
The
window is opened by the command from the directory context menu.The window contains a second panel named Specification.
Form fields in the Properties panel:

Document — number of the stock movement record. Required field.
The stock movement record number can be generated automatically using the template specified in the directory.

Description — short description of the stock movement record.

Date — date and time the stock movement record was created. Required field.
The current date and time are automatically inserted when the window is opened, but can be edited.

Sending store — name of the store from which goods were released. Required field

Recipient store — name of the store to which goods were sent. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
Attention
The sending and recipient stores must be in the same store group, otherwise an error will be returned when saving the stock movement record.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the stock movement record. Required field.
Selection is made in the window. The user name of the current system user is entered into this field by default.

Status — Status of the stock movement record. Required field.
The status is selected from a fixed list: Not ready, Drawn up, Sent, Accepted.
Clicking
enters the new stock movement record to the list without closing the window.Clicking
enters the new stock movement record to the list and closes the window.Selecting
will close the window without saving any changes.The
command in the menu is disabled.Multiple entry window
If multiple documents are added simultaneously from the clipboard to the list of stock movement records, the multiple stock movement records entry window will open.
The multiple stock movement records entry window contains a panel with a list of the stock movement records from the clipboard.
The editor window allows one or more stock movement records to be edited.
The editor window is opened by the
command in the context menu when one or more stock movement records are selected.Editor window
If one stock movement record is selected, the
window opens.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
If the stock-in record has the status Drawn up, Sent or Accepted, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the editor window except the Status field are disabled:
The multiple stock movement record editor window opens when multiple stock movement records are selected for editing.
