Stock-out records by store document list

The Stock-out records by store document list is used for viewing, storing, entering, editing and deleting stock-out records created for specified stores and date ranges.

Location: Main menu -> Store -> Stock-out records -> By store.

The stock-out records by store list can also be opened using the Stock-out records command from the context menu in the Stores window.

The document list is created using a filter to display records from selected stores in a specified date range.

The viewer window is opened by the filter steps Select date range, Select stores and Document list viewing mode.

The document list viewer window contains the header Stock-out records by store and a list of stock-out records. The header contains the icon.

The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel displaying a list of the stock-out records that match the selected filter parameters.

Data grid columns:

Number — stock-out record number. If the document store status is Running, the icon will be displayed to the right of the record number. If its store status is Execution error, the icon will be displayed.
Date - the date and time of the documented stock-out operation.
Description — short description of the stock-out record.
Store — name of the store for which the stock-out record was created.
Partner — name of the partner to whom goods were released.
Total — value of the goods released on the stock-out record, excluding VAT.
VAT amount — amount of VAT on the goods released.
Inc. VAT — total value of goods released including VAT.
Total (c) — total cost price of goods.
Employee — user name of the employee who created the stock-out record.
Status (overall) — overall status of the stock-out record.
Status — status of the stock out record. Status can be one of the following:
- Not ready - document is open for changes. Document has not been run on the store, or has been run but results were canceled. Status is illustrated by the icon.
- Drawn up — document is closed for changes. Document has not been run on the store. Illustrated by the icon.
- Registered — document has been created and processed, no changes can be made. Illustrated by the icon.
- Deleted — the document is queued for deletion. Illustrated by the icon.
Status (store) — status of stock-out record after processing by the storekeeping system. Status can be one of the following:
- OK - document successfully processed.
- Running - document is being processed.
- Execution error — error occurred when running the document.
- Edit document in closed store period — document relates to a closed store period.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) - add a new stock-out record.
Edit (F2) — edit selected stock-out record.
Delete (Del) — permanently delete stock-out record from the list.

Run — process stock-out records on store.
Status - menu containing commands for editing document status.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different states, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
Print (Ctrl + P)
Clipboard - contains commands for clipboard operations.
Additional functions — submenu with additional commands for manipulating data grids.

New stock-out records are added using the New stock-out record record window. The Stock-out record and Stock-out records windows are used for editing.

When deleting stock-out records, the permanent delete confirmation window opens.
