Partner windows
The , and windows are used for adding, viewing and editing information about partners.
All of these windows are opened from the directory.
Entry window
The entry window is opened by the command in the directory context menu.
The entry window contains the additional panel Document prefix.
Partner entry window
Properties panel fields:

Partner group – name of the group that the partner belongs to. Selection is made in the window.
Partner groups are used to sort entries in the directory window.

Name – name of the partner.

Description – brief description.

Personal profile – profile of the contact person. Selection is made in the window.
When a personal profile is selected in this field, the additional Personal profile and Photograph panels are added, pre-populated with data from the selected profile.

Company – company that the partner belongs to. Selection is made in the window.
When a company is selected in this field, the additional Company panel is added, pre-populated with the data from the selected company.

Selecting OK will add the partner to the directory and close the entry window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving the partner. Selecting Apply will add the partner to the directory without closing the entry window.
The editor window allows one or more partners to be edited.
Editor window
The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when one or more partners are selected.
If one partner is selected, the Partner window will open.
Partner editor window
The fields are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
The multiple partners editor window will open when multiple partners are selected for editing.
The name of the window is Partners. This window includes a panel with a list of the selected partners.

The window contains only one additional panel Document prefix.
Changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected partners.

The Document prefix panel is used to specify a prefix to identify documents relating to the partner.

Document prefix panel field:

Value — prefix (string) to be prepended to numbers of documents relating to the partner.
To automatically add a partner prefix to the document number, in the directory, select the required document number format for the selected document type. When creating a document number format in the directory, use the dnf_GetPartnerSignature procedure in SQL queries to get partner prefixes.
Company panel in the Partner window
The Company panel displays information about the partner company. The information in the panel mirrors the corresponding entry in the directory.

Company group — name of the company group to which the company belongs. Selection is made in the window.

Phone — company telephone number.

Registered office address — official company address.

Address — address for correspondence.

Settlement account — company settlement account number.

TIN — company tax identification code.
