Personal profiles
The Personal profiles directory is used to store extended personal information about private individuals (employees, clients and partner representatives). This information is used for reference only and is not vital to system operation.
Note
Remember that the storage and use of personal information is regulated by the Data Protection Act!
Personal profile groups are used to combine personal profiles into logical groups for ease of use. Security categories are assigned to personal profile groups and limit access to the personal profiles contained within them. Security categories are not assigned at individual personal profile level.
