Personal profile group windows
The New personal profile group, Personal profile group and Personal profile groups windows are used to manage personal profile groups.
The entry window is used to add a new personal profile group.
Entry window
The Personal profile groups directory context menu.
window is opened by the command in the
Entry window fields:

Parent group — group to which the personal profile group belongs. Selection is made in the window. Selecting (empty) or leaving the field empty without making a selection will make the client group a top-level group.

Name — name of the personal profile group.

Description — brief description.

Security category — security category assigned to the personal profile group. Selection is made in the window.
In order for an employee to have access to personal profiles contained in the personal profile group, the security category assigned to the personal profile group must be included in the access settings configured for that employee's user role.
For compliance with data protection regulations, access to personal profiles should be given only to those users who are authorised to work with such information.
Selecting
enters the new personal profile group to the directory and closes the window.Selecting
will close the window without saving any changes.Selecting

The editor window is opened by the
command in the context menu when one or more personal profile groups are selected.Editor window
If one personal profile group is selected, the
editor window opens.
The fields are the same as in the New personal profile group window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more personal profile groups are selected for editing, the multiple editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected personal profile groups. The title in the window header is

When multiple personal profile groups are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected personal profile groups.
