Table types directory

Location: Sales -> Directories -> Table types.

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the table type.
Description — brief description.
System — flag defining the table type as system. System table types are illustrated by the icon.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add table type.
Add copy (Alt+C) — add copy of one or more table types to the directory.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Edit (F2) — edit table type.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Delete (Del) — delete table type to the Recycle bin.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Export — save table type as an external file.
Import — import table type from an external file.
Clipboard— contains commands for clipboard operations.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

Table types are added using the New table type window. The Table type and Table types windows are used for editing.

The Table type. Copy window is used for adding a copy. If multiple table types were selected, the Table types. Copies window opens.

The Table type. Import and Table types. Import windows are used for importing table types.

The Export window is used for exporting table types.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting table types.

The Select table type window is used to select guest tabs from form fields in other windows.
