Bill item window
The following windows are used when working with bills:

The following windows are used to view bill items of ready and paid bills:

The editor window is opened by the Edit command from the context menu. In the window one or more bill items can be edited. Only bill items with the Not ready status can be edited.
If one item is selected, the editor window will open:

Form fields:

Bill – number of the bill to which the menu item is added. Required field.

Menu item – menu item taken from the order to the bill. Required field.

Volume – amount (quantity, weight, time) of the menu item. Required field.

Unit (menu) – menu item unit of measurement. Required field.

Quantity – number of portions of the menu item in the bill. Required field.
-
Price – menu item price before any discounts and markups are applied. Required field.

Markup – bill item markup. Required field.
-
Discount – bill item discount. Required field.
-
Total – total value of all menu item in the order (with discounts and markups).
-
Sales department – sales department in which the menu item is sold. Required field.

Index – order of bill items.
Selecting will save changes in the bill and close the window. Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.
When multiple bill items are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens.
The title in the window header is Bill items. It has a panel displaying a list of selected bill items, with the bill number that they relate to in brackets to the right of each element.

When multiple items of a bill with the Not ready status are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected items.
If multiple bills with different statuses are selected, changes will be applied to bills with the Not ready status only.
The fields are the same as in the window.
The entry window is opened by the command from the panel context menu.

The bill item viewer window allows to view one or more selected bill items included in the sales specification of one or more bills.
The window is opened by the command when one or more specification elements of the bill with the status Ready or Paid are selected. The window is read-only, all fields are disabled.

The multiple bill items viewer window opens when more than one bill item is selected for viewing in the bill specification of one or more bills, at least one which has the Ready or Paid status.
