Select print layout window

This window is used to select an ancestor for an inherited print layout.

It contains an expandable tree list of objects in the system that contain print layouts. Tree nodes are system elements: reports, print formats, customer display formats etc. Bottom-level elements are the print layouts.

Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.
