Stock items directory
The stock items.
directory is used to manageLocation:

The icon is used for simple stock items, the icon for stock items with recipes and the icon for stock items for butchering.
Data grid columns:

Name — name of the stock item or stock item group.

Description — brief description.

Type — stock item type.

Unit (stock item) — stock item unit of measurement.

VAT % — stock item VAT (%).

Substitutes — defines whether the stock item can be substituted by other stock items when preparing a dish.

Class — stock item class.

By weight — defines whether the stock item can be weighed with or without the container.

Deduct — defines whether the stock item is deducted.

Stock item concurrence — name of stock item concurrence with which the stock item is associated.

Protein — protein content.

Fats — fat content.

Carbohydrates — carbohydrate content.

Nutritional values — nutritional content.

Photograph file name — names of files containing the stock item photo.

Cold preparation wastage % — wastage during cold processing (%).
