Stock movement operational report
The stock items in a selected date range.
operational report is used to view information about the movement ofYou can open the report viewer window from the main menu or from the context menu in various windows and panels.

.The operational report data are selected using the report filter. The
operational report can be generated for selected stores on any date.If the report is opened from the main menu, four filter steps are used:
, , and .When opening the report from the specification of a store document, the store and stock items are already selected so only the
filter step is required.
The window contains the header
and information about the movement of selected stock items. The header contains the icon.The viewer window is divided into two panes. The left pane contains filter parameters and the right pane displays a the operational report data that match the selected filter parameters.
Data grid columns:

Stock item — name of the stock item that was moved.

Store — store where the stock item is held.

Volume — amount of the stock item included in document specification. For stock out operations the volume is indicated with a minus sign "—".

Unit (stock item) — stock item unit of measurement.

Document — number of the document whose specification the stock item was included in.

Document date — date the document was created.

Document type — type of document in which the stock item was included.

Status — status of the document in which the stock item was included.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the document.

Price — price of the stock item.

Total — total value of the stock item.

Price (c) — stock item price after cost price calculation.

Total (c) — total stock item cost price.

Stock item group — stock item group that the stock item belongs to.

Type — name of the stock item type under which the stock item is categorised.

Class — class to which the stock item belongs.

Additional — additional information about movement of the stock item (names of stores or partners recorded in documents).

Date — date and time when the document was processed in the storekeeping system.

Description — short description of the document.

Comment — additional information on store document specifications included in the operational report.
You cannot edit the stock movement report. The report viewer window context menu contains the following commands:
