Sales record windows
Editor window
The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when one or more sales records are selected.
If one sales record is selected, the
will open.The window contains a second panel named Specification.
Properties panel fields:

Number — sales record number. The sales record number can be generated automatically using the template specified in the directory.

Description — brief description.

Date — date and time the sales record was created.

Business day — business day in which the sales record was created. Selection is made in the window.

Store — name of the store for which the sales record was created. Selection is made in the window.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the sales record. Selection is made in the window.

Status — status of the sales record. Selection is made from Not ready , Drawn up or Registered.
Selecting
will close the window without saving any changes.Selecting
will save changes and close the editor window. Selecting will save changes without closing the window.The sales record must have the status Registered to be processed by the storekeeping system. Selecting or when the status is Not ready or Drawn up will open a confirmation prompt.
If the sales record has the status Drawn up or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the editor window except the Status field are disabled:
Multiple editor window
The multiple sales records editor window opens when more than one sales record is selected for editing.
The name of the window is Sales records. This window includes a panel with a list of the selected sales records.
If multiple sales records with the status Not ready were selected, changes made in the editor window will be applied to all the selected sales records:
