Privileges

Privileges are features that define rules of work with clients in the company. Privileges are used to change standard service conditions depending on various factors (client type, day of the week, time of day, special event etc.).

All discounts and surcharges on a client's orders are defined by privileges. Privileges are used to set limits for order value, define tips etc.

Client categories can be guests, regulars, VIP, employees, companies etc. Intervals can be dates, days of week and/or time of day. Extra options of privileges include point system.

Discounts and markups are applied to guest tabs with privileges. In Tillypad XL Manager, calculations are performed automatically at the stage of order sumission. In Tillypad XL POS, calculations are performed manually using the Recalculate discount command.

The company may choose and configure any type of privileges. Multiple privileges can be applied simultaneously to the same guest tab.

A list of additional privileges and points systems applied to customers per agreement with third-party organisations are stored in the Privilege authorisation device parameters in the form of imported privileges and imported point types.
