Sales settings
menu items grouped in a concurrence are sold from POS terminals. They determine the manner in which these sales are recorded, which stores the stock items will be deducted from and on which printer the kitchen tickets will be printed.

Several such relationships between concurrences and sales departments can be specified for one POS terminal within the context of a single sales setting.
Sales settings are defined in the directory. Then each POS terminal in the directory is assigned a sales setting.
Sales settings are used by Tillypad XL POS.
