Day type for sales rule windows

The following windows are used when working with day types for sales rules:

Day type for sales rule or Day types for sales rules editor windows;
New day type for sales rule entry window.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when one or more day types are selected.

Editor window

If one day type is selected, the Day type for sales rule editor window will open.

Day type for sales rule editor window

Form fields:

Sales rule — sales rule name. Required field.

Selection is made from the list of day types. The field displays the namen of the sales rule specified in the Properties panel of the sales rule window.
Day type — name of the day type to which the sales rule is applied. Required field.

Selection is made in the Select day type window.
Index — defines the order in which day types for sales rules are applied.

Selecting OK will add the data to the Day types panel and close the entry window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving any changes.

Multiple editor window

The multiple day types editor window opens when more than one day type is selected for editing.

The title in the window header is Day types for sales rules. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected sales rules with the day types in brackets to the right:

When multiple items are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected items.

Entry window

The entry window is used to enter a new day type for a sales rule.

The New day type for sales rule is opened by the Add command from the Day types panel context menu.

The fields are the same as in the Day type for sales rule editor window.

The Day types panel is used to specify day types for the sales rule. It contains the list of day types to which the sales rule will be applied.

Data grid columns:

Sales rule — name of the sales rule applied to these day types.
Day type — name of the day type during which sales rule is applied.
Index — defines the order in which sales rules are applied to day types.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — add day type to the sales rule specification.
Edit (F2) — edit day type for the sales rule.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Delete (Del) — permanently delete day type from the sales rule specification.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The New day type for sales rule, Day type for sales rule and Day types for sales rules windows are used for adding, viewing and editing day types for sales rules.

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting day types for sales rules.
