Security category windows
Windows used with the Security categories directory:
Entry window
The entry window is used to enter a new security category.
The
entry window is opened by the command from the directory context menu.The window contains a second panel named .
Form fields:

Name — name of the security category. Required field.
Security category defines which users have access to different parts of the system depending on their user role.

Description — brief description.

Owner — user role which has rights to edit the security category and assign it to objects in the system. Required field.
Selection is made in the window. The user name of the current system user is entered into this field by default.
Selecting
will add the item to the directory and close the entry window. Selecting will close the window without saving the item. Selecting will add the item to the directory without closing the window.The editor window is opened by the or security categories are selected.

If one security category is selected, the Security category editor window will open:
The fields are the same as in the window.
Multiple editor window
When two or more security categories are selected for editing, the multiple security category editor window will open. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected security categories. The title in the window header is
.
When multiple security categories are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected security categories.
Access settings panel of the Security category window
The Access settings panel contains a list of access settings for the selected security category.
Access settings are used to assign rights (access templates) to the job title and define what system objects the employee with this job title can access.
Access settings can also be configured in the and directories.
Data grid columns:

Security category — security category used with the access settings.

User role — user role that the access settings are assigned to.

Access template — access template used with the access settings.
Context menu commands:

The , and windows are used for adding, vieweing and editing access settings.
The permanent delete confirmation window is used when deleting access settings.
