Development records document list
The
document list is used for managing development records.Location:
.This window can also be opened using the Development records command in the context menu of the directory.
The document list is created using a filter to display records from selected stores in a specified date range.
The viewer window is opened by the filter steps
, and .The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel displaying a list of the development records that match the selected filter parameters.
Data grid columns:

Document — development record number. If the document store status is Running, the icon will be displayed to the right of the record number. If its store status is Execution error, the icon will be displayed.

Date — date and time the development record was created.

Description — short description of the development record.

Store — name of the store where the development operation was carried out.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the development record.

Stock item — name of the stock item that is the end product of the development record.

Unit (stock item) — stock item unit of measurement for the end product.

Volume — volume of the end product.

Result — volume of the end product after cold preparation and cooking wastage.

Class — name of the class that the end product belongs to.

Total (c) — cost price of the end product.

Status (overall) — overall status of the development record.

Status — development record status.

Not ready — document is open for changes. Document has not been run on the store, or has been run but results were canceled. Status is illustrated by the icon.

Drawn up — document is closed for changes. Document has not been run on the store. Illustrated by the icon.

Registered — document is ready to be run on the store. Document is read-only and cannot be edited or deleted. Status is illustrated by the icon.

Deleted — the document is queued for deletion. Illustrated by the icon.

Status (store) — production record status after processing in the storekeeping system:

OK — document successfully processed.

Running — document is being processed.

Execution error— error occurred when processing the document.

Edit document in closed store period— document relates to a closed store period.

Executed with warnings — occurs when the cost price of stock items in the document specification could not be calculated due to a Cost price loop.

Context menu commands:

This command is only available in populated data grids.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
This command is only available for documents with the status Not ready.
Tip
If the Not ready in the menu.
command is unavailable, select -
— process development record in storekeeping system.

This command is only available for documents with the status Execution error.
Tip
If an error occurs during processing, fix the cause of the error and use the
command to process the document again. -
Update recipe — update the recipe of the compound stock item in the directory based on the results in the development record.
This command is accessible only in a populated document list and does not depend on the document status.
The recipe ingredients are updated with the average quantities and cold preparation/cooking wastage percentages derived from the experiments documented in the development record.
Attention
Before the recipe is updated, the system checks the class of the stock item entered in the Stock item field in the Specification panel. If the stock item has the Class attribute or
For butchering , it will be changed to With recipe.If the development record results are being used to update the recipes of compound stock items, the stock item entered in the Stock item field in the Specification panel cannot be included in the specification.
Otherwise an error message will be returned when attempting to update the recipe:

This command is available only in populated document lists.
When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

Development records are added using the window. The and windows are used for editing.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting development records.
