Development record windows
Windows used with development records:
Entry window
The entry window is used to enter a new development record.
The New development record entry window is opened by the command from the directory context menu.
The window contains the additional panels Specification and Preparation instructions.
Form fields in the
panel:-
Document — development record number. Required field.
The development record number can be automatically generated or entered manually. Automatic generation occurs when the window is opened or when the selection button in the Document field is pressed. Automatic numbers are generated using the template specified in the directory.
An icon is displayed in the Document field to illustrate the status of the butchering record. If the store status is Running or Execution error, the icons or are displayed respectively.
Development record numbers can be used for grouping data in the table and in report printouts.

Date — date and time the development record was created. Required field.
The current date and time are automatically inserted when the window is opened, but can be edited. The date entered in the development record must correspond to the date that the actual development was carried out.
Attention
Calculation of the cost price and purchase price of stock items in the specification of the development record is carried out for the date and time the record was created (specified in the Document date field).
The date can be entered in short format DD.MM.YY (DD.MM.YYYY) or long format DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM:SS.

Store — Name of the store where development was carried out. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
The store name determines in which store stock levels will be reduced when the development record is processed.
Store names can be used for grouping information in the viewer window and in various reports.
Store names can similarly be used to group information in printed reports.

Stock item — the stock item that is processed or prepared in the development process. Required field.
The results of the development record are used when entering information on the recipe of a compound stock item or cold preparation and cooking wastage.

Volume — amount of the stock item produced by experiment. Required field.

Unit (stock item) — name of the stock item unit of measurement. Required field.
This is a preview field that displays the value specified for the stock item in the directory.

Result — resulting quantity of end product.
This field contains extra information about the final quantity of the item produced, such as the weight of the main dish and the weight of a garnish or side dish that accompanies it.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the development record. Required field.
Selection is made in the window. The user name of the current system user is entered into this field by default.
User names are used for monitoring the completeness and correctness of recording of stock items consumed in development.
User names of employees can be used to group information in the viewer window and in various reports.
User names can similarly be used to group information in printed reports.

Status — development record status. Required field.
Value is selected from:

Access settings determine which users can assign which statuses to development records.

Clicking
adds the new development record to the list without closing the window.Clicking

Editor window
If one development record is selected, the Development record window opens when the command is selected.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The
command in the menu is enabled.If the development record has the status Drawn up or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the editor window except the Status field are disabled:
Multiple editor window
The multiple development records editor window opens when more than one development record is selected for editing.
The name of the window is Development records. This window includes a panel with a list of the selected development records.
If multiple development records with the status Not ready were selected, changes made in the editor window will be applied to all the selected development records:
