New command added to stocktaking records list context menu. The Create based on command is used to create a new stocktaking record based on the last created collation report or based on a list of stock items on hand. The new record can be created with or without pre-populated volumes taken from the selected source.
Stocktaking records document list
The Stocktaking records document list is used for viewing and managing stocktaking records.
Location: Store -> Stocktaking records
The document list is created using a filter to display records from selected stores in a specified date range.
The document list is opened by the filter steps Select date range, Select stores and Document list viewing mode.
The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel displaying a list of the stocktaking records that match the selected filter parameters.
Data grid columns:

Number – stocktaking record number. If the record's store status is Running, the icon is displayed to the right of the number. If the store status is Error, the icon is displayed to the right of the number.

Date – date and time of the stocktaking operation.

Description – brief description.

Store – name of the store where stocktaking was carried out.

Employee – user name of the employee who created the stocktaking record.

Total (c) – total cost price of stock items in the stocktake.

Status (overall) – overall status of the stocktaking record.

Status – status of the stocktaking record.

Not ready — document is open for editing. Illustrated by the icon.

Drawn up — document is closed for changes. Document has not been run on the store. Illustrated by the icon.

Processed — collation report has been filled in. Illustrated by the icon.

Registered – document has been created and processed, no changes can be made. Illustrated by the icon.

Status (store) — status assigned by the storekeeping system on processing.
