Stocktaking record windows
Entry window
The entry window is used to enter a stocktaking record.
The
window is opened by the command in the document list context menu.The window contains the additional panels Collation report and Specification.
Fields in the
panel:-
Number — stocktaking record number. The stock movement record number can be generated automatically using the template specified in the directory.

Description — brief description.

Date — date and time the stocktake was carried out. The field is automatically populated with the current date and time when the window is opened but can be edited.

Store — name of the store where the stocktake was carried out. Selection is made in the window.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the stocktaking record. Selection is made in the window.

Partial — whether the stocktake is partial. Selection is made from No or Yes. Default value is No.

Status — record status. Selection is made from Not ready, Drawn up, Processed or Registered.
The
button is disabled in the entry window.Selecting

adds the new stocktaking record to the list without closing the window.The stocktaking record must have the status Registered to be processed by the storekeeping system. Selecting or when the status is Not ready or Drawn up will open a confirmation prompt:

If one stocktaking record is selected, the Stocktaking record window will open.
The fields and panels are the same as in the New stocktaking record window.
If the stocktaking record has the status Drawn up, Processed or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the editor window except the Status field are disabled:
If the stocktaking record has the status Processed, the properties that can be edited are those that are not used by the storekeeping system during processing:
If the stocktaking record has the status Registered, only its status can be edited:
Multiple editor window
The multiple stocktaking records editor window opens when more than one stocktaking record is selected for editing.
The title in the window header is Stocktaking records. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected stocktaking records.
If multiple stocktaking records with the status Not ready were selected, changes made in the editor window will be applied to all the selected stocktaking records:
