Stock limit windows

Windows used with stock limits:

Entry window

The New stock limit entry window is opened by the Add command from the Stock limits directory context menu.

Entry window fields:

Store — name of the store to which the stock limit applies. Required field.

Selection is made in the Select store window.
Stock item — name of the stock item to which the stock limit applies. Required field.

Selection is made in the Select stock item window.
Unit (stock item) — stock item unit of measurement. Read-only.

This field displays the value specified for the selected stock item in the Stock items directory.
Minimum level — minimum allowable level of the stock item.
Maximum level — maximum allowable level of the stock item.
Optimal level — preferred level of the stock item.

Selecting OK adds the new stock limit to the directory and closes the window.

Selecting Apply adds the new stock limit to the directory without closing the window.

Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving any changes.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu when one or more stock item purchase prices are selected.

If one stock limit is selected, the Stock limit window opens.

The fields are the same as in the New stock limit window.

The multiple stock limits editor window opens when more than one stock limit is selected for editing.

The name of the window is Stock limits. This window includes a panel with a list of the selected stock limits.

When multiple stock limits are selected for editing, any changes that are saved will be applied to all of the selected stock limits.
