Stock on hand operational report

The Stock on hand operational report is used to view information about stock on hand at a specified date and time .

You can open the viewer window from the main menu or the context menu in various windows and tabs.

Location: Store -> Stock on hand.

The operational report data are selected using the report filter. The Stock on hand operational report can be generated for selected stores on any date.

If the window is opened from the main menu, two filter steps are used: Enter date and Select stores.

If the store is already selected, such as when opening the Stock on hand report from the Stores directory, only the Enter date step is required.

Stock on hand operational report for one store

The window contains the header Stock on hand and a list of stock items on hand. The header contains the icon.

The viewer window is divided into two panes. The left pane contains filter parameters and the right pane displays a the operational report data that match the selected filter parameters.

Data grid columns:

Stock item — name of the stock item. Also displays icons illustrating stock item class.
Volume — theoretical count.
Unit (stock item) — stock item unit of measurement.
Price (c) — stock item price after cost price calculation. If incorrect data has been used for calculating the cost price, an exclamation mark in brackets (!) will be displayed before the cost price value.
Total (c) — stock item cost price.
Store — store where the stock item is held.
Stock item group — name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type — stock item type that the stock item belongs to.
Stock item concurrence — name of stock item concurrence with which the stock item is associated.
Class — name of the class the stock item belongs to.

You cannot edit the Stock on hand report. The report context menu contains the following commands:

Stock movement — view operational report on movement of stock items.
Stock item turnover — view operational report on turnover of selected stock items.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Clipboard— contains commands for clipboard operations.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.
