Current on hand operational report

The Current on hand report is used to view information about stock currently on hand in specified stores.

You can open the viewer window from the main menu or the context menu in various windows and tabs.

Location: Store -> Current on hand.

The Current on hand operational report is generated for selected stores.

If the report is opened from the main menu, the Select stores filter step is used.

If the report is opened for a specific store, for example from the context menu in the Stores directory, the report filter is not used.

Current on hand for one store

The viewer window is divided into two panes. The left pane contains filter parameters and the right pane displays a the operational report data that match the selected filter parameters.

Data grid columns:

Stock item — stock item held in the store.
Volume — on-hand volume of the stock item.
Unit (stock item) — stock item unit of measurement.
Store — store where the stock item is held.
Stock item group — name of the stock item group that the stock item belongs to.
Type — stock item type that the stock item belongs to.
Stock item concurrence — name of stock item concurrence with which the stock item is associated.
Class — name of the class the stock item belongs to.

You cannot edit the Current on hand report. The report context menu contains the following commands:

Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Clipboard— contains commands for clipboard operations.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.
