Stores directory
The
directory is used to manage stores.Location:

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the store.

Description — brief description.

Stock monitoring — stock monitoring prevents stock levels from going negative.

Security category — security category for access to the store.

Location — physical location of the store.
-
Document prefix — prefix for documents relating to the store.

Store group — name of the store group that the store belongs to.

Status (store) — status of stock monitoring for the store.
Can be OK or Running.

Sales record processing — name of the segment in which sales records created in the store are processed.

Current on hand processing — name of the segment in which current on hand levels are processed.

Subscription — type of subscription.

Subscription status — status of the subscription for receipt of information about changes to stores.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting stores.
The window is used to select stores from form fields in other windows.
