Stores directory

The Stores directory is used to manage stores.

Location: Store -> Directories -> Stores.

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the store.
Description — brief description.
Stock monitoring — stock monitoring prevents stock levels from going negative.
Security category — security category for access to the store.
Location — physical location of the store.
Document prefix — prefix for documents relating to the store.
Store group — name of the store group that the store belongs to.
Status (store) — status of stock monitoring for the store.

Can be OK or Running.
Sales record processing — name of the segment in which sales records created in the store are processed.
Current on hand processing — name of the segment in which current on hand levels are processed.
Subscription — type of subscription.
Subscription status — status of the subscription for receipt of information about changes to stores.

Context menu commands:

Add (Ins) — create new store.
Edit (F2) — edit selected stores.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Delete (Del) — delete stores to Recycle bin.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Stock-in records — view stock-in records.
Stock-out records — view stock-out records.
Stock movement to stores records — view stock movement records by recipient store.
Stock movement from stores records — view stock movement records by sending store.
Production records — view production records.
Butchering records — view butchering records.
Stock adjustment records — view stock adjustment records.
Sales records — view sales records.
Stocktaking records — view stocktaking records.
Development records — view development records.
Stock on hand — view stock on hand.
Current on hand — view current on hand.

This command is only available for stores that are configured for Current on hand processing.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The New store, Store and Stores windows are used for adding, viewing and editing stores.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting stores.

The Select store window is used to select stores from form fields in other windows.
