Employee ID windows

The following windows are used when working with employee IDs:

The New employee ID entry window is opened by the Add command from the context menu in the IDs panel.

Window fields:

Selecting OK will add the ID to the list. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving any changes.

If the selected ID already belongs to another employee, on selecting OK you will be prompted to confirm that you want to change the owner of the selected ID:

On selecting Yes the ID will be reassigned to the current employee. Selecting No will close the confirmation prompt and the ID will not be saved.

The editor window is opened by the Edit command in the context menu of the IDs panel when one or more employee IDs are selected.

The fields are the same as in the New employee ID window.

When two or more employee IDs are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. It has a panel displaying a list of the selected IDs with the name of the employee they belong to displayed in brackets to the right. The title in the window header is Employee IDs.

When multiple employee IDs are selected for editing, any changes that are made will be applied to all of the selected employee IDs.
