User roles directory

The User roles directory is used to manage user roles.

Location: Access -> User roles.

Data grid columns:

Name — name of the user role.
Description — brief description.
Security category — security category assigned to the user roles.
Subscription — type of subscription.
Subscription status — status of the subscription for receipt of information about changes to point types during replication.
Subscription status (overall) — overall subscription status.

The directory context menu contains the following commands:

Add (Ins) — add new user role.
Edit (F2) — edit selected user roles.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Delete (Del) — delete user role to the Recycle bin.

This command is only available in populated data grids.
Print (Ctrl+P) — print out.
Additional functions — contains additional commands for working with data grids.

The New user role, User role and User roles windows are used for adding, viewing and editing user roles.

The confirm delete prompt is used when deleting user roles.

The Select user role window is used to select user roles from form fields in other windows.
